The Itagui venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Carlos Salomon (16(1) - 3(2)) who hails from Cali, Colombia and Nemesio Barreda(36(18) - 8) from Bucaramanga, Colombia.

Barreda closes the distance.  Salomon lands a solid left hook.  Salomon attempts to land a right hook, but Barreda dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Barreda lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Barreda clinches his opponent.  Barreda uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Salomon's kidney. 
Salomon throws a left hook, but Barreda holds on to his opponent.  Barreda leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Barreda pushes his forearm into Salomon's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Barreda quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Salomon throws a right hook, but Barreda ties up his opponent.  Barreda is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Barreda.  
Barreda drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Salomon throws a right hook, but Barreda holds on to his opponent.  Salomon is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Salomon.
