Ibish Karimov vs Carlos Cara

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 23/03/2039 from Dushanbe, Tajikistan:

The Dushanbe venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ibish Karimov (23(5) - 3) who hails from Dushanbe, Tajikistan and Carlos Cara(3 - 3) from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  

Round 1: 

Karimov is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Karimov clinches his opponent.  Karimov leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.

Cara sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Karimov lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.

Karimov lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  Karimov clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Cara pushes his forearm into Karimov's face.  The referee warns Cara and breaks the clinch.

Karimov is looking to close the distance.  Karimov pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a solid left hook.

Karimov drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Cara is on target with a firm cross.  
Karimov closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  Karimov holds on to his opponent.  Karimov leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Karimov pushes his forearm into Cara's face.  The referee warns Karimov and breaks the clinch.

Karimov connects with a CRUSHING right hook.  CARA HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  THE COUNT REACHES 10, BUT CARA IS UNABLE TO GET UP!  The winner by KO is Karimov!
