Carlos Platero vs Ignado Cobos

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 07/04/2039 from Ponce, Puerto Rico:

The Ponce venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Carlos Platero (22 - 4) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Ignado Cobos(5 - 7) from San Juan, Puerto Rico.  

Round 1: 

Cobos finds the target with a jab.  
Platero gets on the inside and drives a sharp left hook into Cobos's liver.  
Platero is on target with a cross.  
Platero digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Cobos throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.
