Boxing Daily Report from the Nigeria National Finals 2039,  taking place on 11/04/2039 from Iseyin, Nigeria:

The Iseyin venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Danyaal Hadi (16(6) - 15) who hails from Port Harcourt, Nigeria and Barry Egbe(26 - 18) from Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Egbe manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Egbe throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Hadi lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Hadi clinches his opponent.  Egbe is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Egbe about fouling.  
Hadi lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Egbe is looking to close the distance.  Hadi is on target with a sharp right hook to Egbe's body.  
Hadi feints a right hook, and then connects with a firm cross.  
Hadi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a sharp overhand right.
