Cortez Gusman vs Ora Barbara

Boxing Daily Report from the Peru National Finals 2039,  taking place on 11/04/2039 from Huacho, Peru:

The Huacho venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Cortez Gusman (4 - 14) who hails from Arequipa, Peru and Ora Barbara(46(14) - 13) from Trujillo, Peru.  

Round 1: 

Barbara gets on the inside.  Gusman is on target with a left hook.

Barbara cuts off the ring, trapping Gusman on the ropes.  Barbara drives a stinging right hook into Gusman's body.

Gusman steps away from his opponent and connects with a cross.  Gusman attempts to land a jab, but Barbara slips the shot and counters with a big left uppercut to Gusman's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE GUSMAN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Gusman quickly recovers. 
Gusman advances into close range.  Barbara drives a powerful right hook into his opponents ribcage.  GUSMAN HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Gusman throws a left hook, but Barbara clinches his opponent.  Gusman pushes his forearm into Barbara's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Gusman to stop fouling.  
Barbara closes the distance.  Gusman is on target with a left hook.
