Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 14/04/2039 from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil:

The Rio de Janeiro venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Paco Arvelo (42 - 3) who hails from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Saad Abdelrahman(1 - 2) from Shah Alam, Malaysia.  

Round 1: 

Arvelo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Abdelrahman hits home with a left uppercut.  
Arvelo lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a jab to the head.  
Arvelo steps inside.  Arvelo sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Abdelrahman throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Arvelo drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Arvelo lands a right hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Arvelo is on target with a cross.  
Arvelo is looking to close the distance and connects with a right hook.  
Abdelrahman is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Arvelo closes the distance.  Arvelo lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Arvelo sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Arvelo lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Arvelo attempts to land a left hook, but Abdelrahman slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Abdelrahman steps away from his opponent and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Arvelo steps inside and manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Arvelo lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  
Abdelrahman pivots from in front of his opponent.  Abdelrahman attempts to land a jab, but Arvelo dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Arvelo pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Abdelrahman is looking to keep the action on the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Arvelo blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Abdelrahman lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Arvelo gets on the inside.  Arvelo backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Abdelrahman steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Arvelo steps inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Arvelo lands a jab.  
Arvelo lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents body.  
Arvelo switches the action to the outside.  Abdelrahman hits home with a sharp cross.  
Abdelrahman feints a right, and then lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Arvelo's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.

Abdelrahman throws an overhand left, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Abdelrahman switches the action to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Abdelrahman is on target with a jab.  
Arvelo steps away from his opponent and lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Abdelrahman tries to land a cross, but Arvelo sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Abdelrahman drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Arvelo lands with a hard jab.

Abdelrahman pivots from in front of his opponent, but Arvelo lands a left hook, jab and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Arvelo digs in a firm left hook to Abdelrahman's liver.

Abdelrahman pivots to the right of his opponent.  Abdelrahman attempts to land a jab, but Arvelo slips the shot and counters with a right hook.
