Boxing Daily Report from the Lithuania National Finals 2039,  taking place on 17/04/2039 from Vilnius, Lithuania:

The Vilnius venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have the Final of the Lightweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Idzi Wanta (47(4) - 17(2)) who hails from Vilnius, Lithuania and Henio Bartosz(8 - 7) from Vilnius, Lithuania.  

Round 1: 

Bartosz finds the target with a jab.  Bartosz throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.

Wanta is on target with a sharp right hook to his opponents body.  Wanta tries to land a left hook, but Bartosz parries the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Wanta is on target with a sharp left hook to Bartosz's body.  
Wanta gets on the inside.  Wanta pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Bartosz almost instantly recovers. 
Wanta lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body, AND DROPS BARTOSZ TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Wanta ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Wanta pushes his forearm into Bartosz's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Wanta.

Bartosz pivots to the left of his opponent and hits the target with a solid jab.
