Chul Yon vs Myung-joo Chung

Boxing Daily Report from the South Korea National Finals 2039,  taking place on 26/04/2039 from Jeonju, South Korea:

The Jeonju venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Chul Yon (13 - 12) who hails from Suwon, South Korea and Myung-joo Chung(13(2) - 7) from Chungju, South Korea.  

Round 1: 

Yon is looking to close the distance and hits home with a stinging left uppercut.

Chung tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Chung hits home with an overhand left.  Chung throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Yon closes the distance and throws a left hook, but Chung holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Yon pushes his forearm into Chung's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Yon.  
Chung steps to the outside.  Yon hits home with a stinging cross.  Yon attempts to land a cross, but Chung parries the shot and counters with a firm left hook.  
Chung feints a cross, and then lands two consecutive overhand lefts to his opponents head.  
Yon is on target with a left hook to Chung's body.  
Chung steps to the outside.  Yon lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Yon gets on the inside.  Chung drives a forceful right hook into his opponents body.  YON WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Chung is looking to keep his distance.  Yon could be stopped here, if Chung can find the right shot!  Chung lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS YON TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Chung lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS YON DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  It looks like Yon has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
