Boxing Daily Report from the UAE National Finals 2039,  taking place on 26/04/2039 from Sharjah, UAE:

The Sharjah venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Lightweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mohsin Abu (22 - 17) who hails from Dubai, UAE and Waqar Sahli(5 - 6) from Dubai, UAE.  

Round 1:

Abu gets on the inside.  Sahli drives a left uppercut into Abu's body.  
Abu throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Abu clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks Abu's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Sahli is looking to close the distance and walks Abu down, trapping him on the ropes.  Abu lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Abu digs in a stinging right uppercut to Sahli's ribcage.  Abu attempts to land a left hook, but Sahli blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
