Boxing Daily Report from the South Korea National Finals 2039,  taking place on 29/04/2039 from Jeonju, South Korea:

The Jeonju venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Light Welterweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jae-sung Um (15 - 1) who hails from Ulsan, South Korea and Soo-il Jeong(13(1) - 3) from Jeonju, South Korea.  

Round 1: 

Jeong is on target with a cross.  
Um lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Um walks Jeong onto the ropes.  Um lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Jeong is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Um tries to land a jab, but Jeong blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.

Um advances into close range.  Um pivots from in front of his opponent.  Um attempts to land a right uppercut, but Jeong slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Um snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Um closes the distance and connects with a right hook.  
Jeong is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Jeong sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with an overhand left.
