Kenji Hara vs Bernard Polic

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 31/05/2039 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Kenji Hara (22 - 14) who hails from Fuchu, Japan and Bernard Polic(6 - 10) from Split, Croatia.  

Round 1: 

Hara tries to land a jab, but Polic slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hara is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Polic advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Hara on the ropes.  Hara lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Hara digs in a right hook to Polic's body.  
Hara tries to step out of his opponents range and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  Hara throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Hara lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Hara tries to keep the action at long range and snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Hara attempts to land a left hook, but Polic slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Hara connects with a right uppercut.  
Hara pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Hara steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Hara tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hara's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.

Hara switches the action to the outside.  Hara feints a cross, and then lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Polic hits home with a stiff jab.  
Polic gets on the inside and walks Hara down, trapping him on the ropes.  Hara lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Polic hits home with a left hook.  
Hara steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Hara lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Polic lands an overhand right.  
Hara hits home with a cross.  
Hara is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab.  
Polic pivots to the left of his opponent, but Hara lands a jab to Polic's body.  
Hara drives a jab into Polic's body.  
Polic closes the distance and tries to land a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a stinging left uppercut to Polic's body.  
Hara steps away from his opponent and lands a stiff jab.  
Polic tries to land a cross, but Hara slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Polic closes the distance and forces Hara to retreat onto the ropes.  Polic quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Hara lands a left uppercut.  
Hara steps to the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.

Hara goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Polic's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Polic gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Polic lands a jab.
