Dai Sugita vs Bernard Polic

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/06/2039 from Fukuoka, Japan:

The Fukuoka venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dai Sugita (16 - 31(1)) who hails from Fukuoka, Japan and Bernard Polic(6 - 12) from Split, Croatia.  

Round 1:

Sugita lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Polic cuts off the ring, trapping Sugita on the ropes.  Polic lands a left hook, jab and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Polic gets on the inside and digs in a left uppercut to Sugita's liver.

Sugita lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Sugita is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Sugita lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Sugita is on target with a jab.  
Sugita advances into close range.  Sugita pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Sugita lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Sugita gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.

Sugita steps inside.  Polic throws a left hook, but Sugita clinches his opponent.  Sugita pushes his forearm into Polic's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Sugita walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Sugita drives a stinging left hook into his opponents liver.  
Sugita sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Polic throws a right uppercut, but Sugita clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Sugita pushes his forearm into Polic's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Sugita to stop fouling.  
Sugita advances into close range and hits home with a right hook.  
Sugita is on target with a left uppercut to Polic's liver.
