Fraser Scroggie vs Adam Waugh

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/07/2039 from Eugene, USA:

The Eugene venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Fraser Scroggie (9 - 5) who hails from Portland, USA and Adam Waugh(1 - 2) from Philadelphia, USA.  

Round 1: 

Scroggie sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with an overhand left.  
Waugh is looking to close the distance.  Waugh sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Scroggie lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Scroggie is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Waugh is looking to keep his distance and attempts to land a jab, but Scroggie blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Waugh advances into close range and is on target with a right uppercut to Scroggie's body.  
Scroggie finds the target with a jab.  
Scroggie steps away from his opponent.  Scroggie sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Scroggie manages to force Waugh into the red corner.  Scroggie lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.

Scroggie pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Waugh lands a left uppercut followed by  two straights to his opponents head.

Scroggie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Waugh tries to land a cross, but Scroggie slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Waugh closes the distance.  Waugh hits home with a right hook.  Waugh throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Scroggie time to recover.  
Scroggie steps away from his opponent and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Scroggie lands a cross.  
Waugh steps to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Waugh closes the distance and drives a left uppercut into his opponents liver.  
Waugh is looking to close the distance and connects with a right hook.

Scroggie feints a right, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Waugh gets on the inside and connects with a solid right hook.  
Waugh lands a jab.  
Waugh is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Scroggie hits home with an overhand right.
