Joshua Haddan vs Ken Garmon

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 09/08/2039 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Joshua Haddan (29 - 3) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Ken Garmon(1 - 0) from Milwaukee, USA.  

Round 1: 

Haddan pivots from in front of his opponent, but Garmon lands a sharp left hook.  
Haddan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Haddan connects with a right uppercut.  
Haddan is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Garmon steps inside.  Haddan connects with a left hook.  
Garmon pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Haddan lands a stinging cross.  
Haddan lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Haddan lands a straight 1 - 2.  Haddan throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Garmon's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Haddan sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Garmon throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Garmon advances into close range.  Haddan lands a right hook.  
Haddan switches the action to the outside and lands a spiteful jab.  
Garmon drives a solid cross into his opponents body.  
Garmon hits home with a left hook.  
Haddan lands with a sharp jab.  
Haddan steps away from his opponent and tries to land a jab, but Garmon dodges the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Haddan is on target with a cross.  
Garmon lands a jab.  
Garmon closes the distance.  Haddan attempts to land a right hook, but Garmon dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Garmon digs in a left hook to Haddan's body.  
Garmon manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Garmon sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a jab.

Haddan switches the action to the outside and lands a jab to the head, a jab to the body and a cross to the head.  
Haddan lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Garmon walks Haddan onto the ropes.  Haddan is on target with a cross.  
Haddan hits home with a cross.  
Haddan steps away from his opponent.  Haddan feints a right hook, and then lands an overhand right.  
Garmon is looking to close the distance and throws a right hook, but Haddan clinches his opponent.  Haddan pushes his forearm into Garmon's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Haddan about fouling.  
Haddan lands a solid overhand left.  
Haddan lands a right uppercut.  
Haddan switches the action to the outside and lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.
