Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/08/2039 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are James Hanigan (24 - 4) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and David Ewart(1 - 2) from Jackson, USA.  

Round 1: 

Ewart connects with a cross.  
Hanigan lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.

Ewart cuts off the ring, trapping Hanigan in the corner.  Ewart lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Hanigan tries to step out of his opponents range.  Hanigan feints a right hook, and then lands a stinging overhand right.  
Hanigan feints a left, and then lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Ewart gets on the inside.  Hanigan digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Hanigan switches the action to the outside.  Ewart attempts to land a jab, but Hanigan sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Ewart advances into close range.  Hanigan hits home with a firm left hook.  Hanigan clinches his opponent.  Ewart leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hanigan is looking to keep his distance.  Hanigan feints a right hook, and then connects with a sharp overhand left.  
Ewart is on target with a jab.  
Ewart is looking to close the distance.  Hanigan connects with a left hook.
