Peter Elijah vs Spencer Forester

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 17/08/2039 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Peter Elijah (61(18) - 21) who hails from Cape Coral, USA and Spencer Forester(2 - 14) from Philadelphia, USA.  

Round 1: 

Forester quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Elijah lands a firm cross.  
Forester switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Elijah sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Elijah advances into close range and digs in a left hook to Forester's ribs.  
Elijah lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Elijah lands a left hook.  
Forester throws a left hook, but Elijah ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Elijah pushes his forearm into Forester's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Elijah to stop fouling.  
Elijah lands a left uppercut.  
Forester connects with a right hook.  Elijah clinches his opponent.  Elijah pushes his forearm into Forester's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Elijah gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Elijah digs in a firm left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Elijah lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Forester pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Elijah advances into close range.  Forester tries to land a left uppercut, but Elijah sidesteps and counters with a stinging cross.

Elijah closes the distance and lands two left hook's to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  Elijah ties up his opponent.  Elijah leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Elijah tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Forester's kidney. The ref breaks Elijah's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Elijah advances into close range.  Elijah pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a solid right hook.  
Forester throws a left uppercut, but Elijah clinches his opponent.  Elijah uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Forester's kidney. The referee warns Elijah and breaks the clinch.  
Forester lands a sharp jab.  
Elijah gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Elijah lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Elijah gets on the inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Forester on the ropes.  Elijah connects with a solid left hook.  Elijah tries to land a right hook, but Forester sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Elijah hits home with a cross.

Elijah gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Forester connects with a left hook.  
Elijah gets on the inside.  Elijah pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Elijah digs in a left uppercut to Forester's liver.  
Elijah lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  Elijah holds on to his opponent.  Elijah leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Forester pivots from in front of his opponent, but Elijah lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Elijah connects with a solid left hook.  
Forester quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Forester manouvers Elijah onto the ropes.  Forester lands a cross.  
Elijah steps inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Forester pivots to the right of his opponent, but Elijah lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Elijah lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Forester almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Elijah advances into close range and is on target with a right hook.

Forester hits the target with a stiff jab.  
Elijah closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Elijah throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Forester time to recover.
