Guillermo Abella vs Vegas Sanchez

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 14/09/2039 from Ponce, Puerto Rico:

The Ponce venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Guillermo Abella (50(1) - 6) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Vegas Sanchez(0 - 1) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  

Round 1: 

Abella advances into close range and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Abella connects with a firm right hook.  
Abella lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Abella drives a sharp left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Abella lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Abella clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Sanchez pushes his forearm into Abella's face.  The ref breaks Abella's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Abella is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Sanchez attempts to land a right hook, but Abella slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Abella gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Abella clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Abella pushes his forearm into Sanchez's face.  The referee warns Abella and breaks the clinch.  
Sanchez lands a solid right uppercut.  Sanchez tries to land a right hook, but Abella sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Abella walks Sanchez down, trapping him on the ropes.  Abella is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Abella lands a left uppercut followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Abella sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Sanchez is on target with a left hook.  
Sanchez gets on the inside and throws a right uppercut, but Abella clinches his opponent.  Sanchez pushes his forearm into Abella's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Sanchez to stop fouling.

Abella is looking to close the distance and throws a left hook, but misses the target.  Abella holds on to his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Abella lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents body.  
Abella gets on the inside.  Sanchez drives a solid left hook into Abella's body.  Abella ties up his opponent.  Abella uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Sanchez behind the head. Abella is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Abella manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Abella pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Abella drives a left hook into Sanchez's body.  
Sanchez sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Abella digs in a left hook to Sanchez's ribs.  
Abella drives a stinging right hook into Sanchez's body.  
Abella lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Abella attempts to land a right hook, but Sanchez blocks the shot and counters with a solid left hook to Abella's body.  
Sanchez lands a sharp jab.  
Abella closes the distance and connects with a firm left hook.  
Abella lands a solid left uppercut.
