Hiro Akiyama vs Daiki Ueda

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 11/10/2039 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Hiro Akiyama (78(3) - 13) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Daiki Ueda(8 - 11) from Kyoto, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Ueda gets on the inside.  Akiyama lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Akiyama steps to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Akiyama steps away from his opponent.  Ueda attempts to land a jab, but Akiyama sidesteps and counters with a cross.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Akiyama's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.

Akiyama feints a jab, tricking Ueda into throwing a right hook counter.  Akiyama springs the trap and counters with  a firm left uppercut.  
Ueda gets on the inside.  Akiyama lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Akiyama ties up his opponent.  Ueda pushes his forearm into Akiyama's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
