John Sillars vs Kian Thomas

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 13/12/2039 from Las Vegas, USA:

The Las Vegas venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are John Sillars (41 - 7) who hails from Las Vegas, USA and Kian Thomas(0 - 4) from Tampa, USA.  

Round 1: 

Sillars tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a solid overhand right.  
Thomas lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Sillars clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Thomas pushes his forearm into Sillars's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Thomas about fouling.

Sillars tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab.  
Sillars drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Thomas hits home with a cross.  
Sillars strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Sillars feints a right hook, but Thomas is not fooled and responds with a left hook.  
Sillars switches the action to the outside.  Sillars feints a jab, and then lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.

Thomas advances into close range.  Sillars attempts to land a right hook, but Thomas sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Sillars steps to the outside.  Sillars sidesteps to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Sillars connects with a solid overhand right.  
Sillars is on target with a cross.  
Sillars tries to step out of his opponents range.  Sillars feints a jab, and then lands a cross, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Sillars feints a jab, and then lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Thomas pivots to the side of his opponent, but Sillars lands a solid left hook.  
Sillars lands with a stinging jab.
