The New Delhi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Rahul Jhaveri (49 - 5) who hails from New Delhi, India and Kishore Wason(0 - 1) from Kanpur, India.  

Round 1:

Jhaveri lands a straight 1 - 2.  He follows up the attack and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Jhaveri quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a jab.

Wason gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Jhaveri throws a left hook, but is unable to find the target.  Jhaveri holds on to his opponent.  Wason throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Wason to stop fouling.  
Jhaveri throws a left hook, but is off-target.  Jhaveri holds on to his opponent.  Wason tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Jhaveri's kidney. 
Jhaveri steps to the outside and is on target with a jab to Wason's body.  
Jhaveri throws a right hook, but misses the target.  Jhaveri holds on to his opponent.  Wason hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. Wason uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Jhaveri's kidney. The ref breaks Jhaveri's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Wason gets on the inside.  Jhaveri digs in a left hook to Wason's ribs.
