Boxing Daily Report from the Armenia National Finals 2040,  taking place on 11/03/2040 from Yerevan, Armenia:

The Yerevan venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Super Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alishan Elmassakian (8 - 16) who hails from Yerevan, Armenia and Krkur Jibotyan(11(2) - 6) from Yerevan, Armenia.  

Round 1:

Jibotyan holds on to his opponent.  Jibotyan leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Elmassakian tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Jibotyan's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
