Boxing Daily Report from the Ghana National Finals 2040,  taking place on 26/03/2040 from Kumasi, Ghana:

The Kumasi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are John Ampaw (2 - 12) who hails from Achiaman, Ghana and Keshawn Muniru(14 - 4) from Kumasi, Ghana.

Muniru pivots to the side of his opponent.  Muniru lands a right hook.  Muniru ties up his opponent.  Muniru is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Muniru's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Muniru gets on the inside.  Ampaw goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action.  The ref sends Muniru to the neutral corner.  He lectures Ampaw but does not take away a point.

Muniru steps away from his opponent and hits home with a stinging overhand right.
