Jack Preston vs Gareth Tweedle

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 11/04/2040 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jack Preston (36 - 10) who hails from Los Angeles, USA and Gareth Tweedle(1 - 26(1)) from San Antonio, USA.  

Round 1: 

Preston is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Preston lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Preston quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Tweedle throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Preston steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Preston steps inside.  Tweedle throws a right hook, but Preston clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Preston pushes his forearm into Tweedle's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Preston about fouling.  
Preston is on target with a right uppercut.  
Preston steps inside and hits home with a right hook.  
Preston digs in a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Tweedle sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Tweedle attempts to land a jab, but Preston sidesteps and counters with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Preston is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Tweedle's trainer is telling his fighter to go out and knock out his opponent!

The referee warns Tweedle and breaks the clinch.

Tweedle is on target with a stinging cross.
