Boxing Daily Report from the Zimbabwe National Finals 2040,  taking place on 29/04/2040 from Harare, Zimbabwe:

The Harare venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mike Ndlovu (22(1) - 9(1)) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Neil Mudehwe(9 - 12) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  

Round 1: 

Ndlovu lands a stinging cross.  
Ndlovu is looking to close the distance.  Mudehwe lands a right hook.  
Ndlovu steps inside.  Mudehwe is on target with a left uppercut.  
Ndlovu pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.

Mudehwe feints a left, and then hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Ndlovu steps inside and connects with a stinging right hook.  
Ndlovu lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Mudehwe pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a cross followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Ndlovu manouvers Mudehwe into the blue corner.  Ndlovu lands a solid left uppercut.  
Ndlovu attempts to land a left hook, but Mudehwe blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Ndlovu advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Ndlovu is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Ndlovu pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Ndlovu pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a SAVAGE left hook.  MUDEHWE WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Mudehwe now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Mudehwe throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Ndlovu holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Mudehwe pushes his forearm into Ndlovu's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Mudehwe quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Ndlovu lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Ndlovu is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Ndlovu tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Mudehwe finds the target with a solid jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ndlovu's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.

Ndlovu switches the action to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Mudehwe feints a right, and then lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Ndlovu steps away from his opponent.  Mudehwe throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Ndlovu snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Ndlovu switches the action to the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Mudehwe manages to force Ndlovu onto the ropes.  Mudehwe lands a sharp cross.  
Mudehwe tries to keep the action at long range and attempts to land a cross, but Ndlovu slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Ndlovu lands a hard jab.  
Mudehwe advances into close range.  Ndlovu digs in a firm left uppercut to his opponents body.  Ndlovu holds on to his opponent.  Ndlovu is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Ndlovu to stop fouling.  
Ndlovu feints a left hook, but Mudehwe is not fooled and is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Ndlovu lands a stinging cross.  
Ndlovu drives a ramrod jab into his opponents face.  
Mudehwe tries to step out of his opponents range.  Ndlovu lands an overhand right, cross and an overhand right to his opponents head.  Ndlovu attempts to land a cross, but Mudehwe blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Ndlovu is on target with a left hook to Mudehwe's body.  
Ndlovu is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Ndlovu sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands an overhand right, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Mudehwe almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Ndlovu tries to step out of his opponents range.  Mudehwe tries to land a jab, but Ndlovu sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Ndlovu feints a cross, and then hits home with a sharp overhand left.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Mudehwe's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!
