Ian Heggins vs Macario Limon

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 24/05/2040 from Buenos Aires, Argentina:

The Buenos Aires venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ian Heggins (25 - 12(1)) who hails from Atlanta, USA and Macario Limon(12 - 15) from Buenos Aires, Argentina.  

Round 1: 

Heggins is looking to close the distance and attempts to land a right hook, but Limon sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Heggins throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Heggins's body.

Heggins pushes his forearm into Limon's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Heggins about fouling.  
Limon pivots from in front of his opponent.  Heggins throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Heggins steps inside.  Limon lands a left hook.  
Limon sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a solid jab.  
Heggins closes the distance.  Limon throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left uppercut.
