Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 10/08/2040 from Ponce, Puerto Rico:

The Ponce venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gabriel Zegarra (21(1) - 9(1)) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Chris Magdadarao(7 - 10) from Dasmarinas, Philippines.  

Round 1: 

Zegarra steps away from his opponent.  Magdadarao attempts to land a cross, but Zegarra sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Zegarra advances into close range.  Zegarra pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
