Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 19/10/2040 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Kian Adcock (31 - 8) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Chris Vert(2 - 4(1)) from Nassau, Bahamas.  

Round 1: 

Adcock lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Adcock steps to the outside.  Adcock stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Vert lands with a sharp jab.  Vert throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Adcock time to recover.

Adcock tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab to the body, a cross to the head and an overhand right to the head.

Vert is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land a jab, but Adcock slips the shot and counters with a cross.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Adcock's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.

Vert sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Adcock hits home with a right hook.
