Matt Callejo vs Zain Mattar

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 29/10/2040 from Eugene, USA:

The Eugene venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Matt Callejo (35 - 11) who hails from Portland, USA and Zain Mattar(2 - 3) from Henderson, USA.  

Round 1: 

Callejo advances into close range and connects with a right hook.  Callejo throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Mattar pivots to the side of his opponent, but Callejo lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Mattar lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Callejo steps inside and is on target with a left uppercut to Mattar's body.  
Mattar stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Callejo hits home with a solid right hook.
