Larenzo Larez vs Gareth Wightman

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/11/2040 from Tijuana, Mexico:

The Tijuana venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Larenzo Larez (14 - 7) who hails from Mexicali, Mexico and Gareth Wightman(0 - 6) from Auckland, New Zealand.  

Round 1: 

Larez connects with a right hook.  
Larez is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Larez is looking to close the distance.  Larez sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands two left hook's to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Larez manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Larez connects with a right hook.  
Larez attempts to land a cross, but Wightman blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.

Larez lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Larez cuts off the ring, trapping Wightman on the ropes.  Larez sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Wightman lands a right hook.

Larez pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents body.
