Quiqui Belen vs Jose Maysonet

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 15/01/2041 from Havana, Cuba:

The Havana venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Quiqui Belen (10 - 9) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Jose Maysonet(0 - 2) from Camaguey, Cuba.  

Round 1: 

Belen lands with a ramrod jab.  
Maysonet pivots to the left of his opponent.  Maysonet attempts to land a cross, but Belen slips the shot and counters with a firm left hook.

Belen gets on the inside.  Belen retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Maysonet tries to tag Belen on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  Maysonet lands a firm left uppercut.  
Maysonet sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Belen lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Maysonet pivots from in front of his opponent.  Maysonet is on target with a right uppercut to Belen's body.  Maysonet attempts to land a cross, but Belen sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Belen advances into close range and lands two left uppercut's to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Belen is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Belen advances into close range.  Maysonet sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Belen lands two jab's to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Belen closes the distance and lands a right uppercut.  
Belen steps away from his opponent and lands a jab to the body followed by a overhand left to the head.
