Dave Muir vs Greg Aitken

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 02/02/2041 from El Paso, USA:

The El Paso venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Muir (19 - 2) who hails from Houston, USA and Greg Aitken(5 - 10) from Long Beach, USA.  

Round 1: 

Muir steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a hard jab.

Aitken sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Muir is on target with a right uppercut.

Aitken advances into close range and manouvers Muir onto the ropes.  Muir is on target with a left hook to Aitken's body.  
Muir lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Muir advances into close range.  Aitken throws a right uppercut, but Muir holds on to his opponent.  Aitken is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Aitken throws a right hook, but Muir ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks Muir's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Muir switches the action to the outside and lands with a spiteful jab.
