Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 28/03/2041 from Quebec City, Canada:

The Quebec City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gaylord Tasso (33 - 5) who hails from Laval, Canada and Azubuike Ogugua(2 - 5) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  

Round 1: 

Ogugua walks Tasso down, trapping him on the ropes.  Ogugua tries to land a right uppercut, but Tasso sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Tasso is on target with a left hook.  
Tasso tries to keep the action at long range and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.

Ogugua gets on the inside and walks Tasso down, trapping him in the corner.  Ogugua lands a left hook.  
Tasso steps away from his opponent and lands a sharp jab.  
Tasso tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Tasso steps to the outside.  Tasso sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a solid overhand right.

Tasso lands a solid overhand right.  
Ogugua closes the distance.  Ogugua sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Tasso lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Tasso connects with a cross.  
Tasso is looking to keep his distance and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Ogugua advances into close range.  Ogugua pivots from in front of his opponent.  Tasso throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the punch.  Tasso ties up his opponent.  Tasso is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Tasso's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Tasso steps to the outside.  Ogugua tries to land a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Tasso throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.
