Majid Hoque vs Sajid Zakaria

Boxing Daily Report from the Iran National Finals 2041,  taking place on 29/03/2041 from Isfahan, Iran:

The Isfahan venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Majid Hoque (44(7) - 20) who hails from Tabriz, Iran and Sajid Zakaria(4 - 2) from Isfahan, Iran.  

Round 1: 

Hoque lands two left hook's to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Hoque holds on to his opponent.  Zakaria is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hoque walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Hoque pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Hoque lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Zakaria throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp left hook.  
Hoque steps inside and lands a left hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Hoque digs in a solid right hook to his opponents body.  Hoque tries to land a jab, but Zakaria sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Zakaria throws a left hook, but Hoque holds on to his opponent.  Hoque pushes his forearm into Zakaria's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Hoque.  
Zakaria sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Hoque gets on the inside.  Zakaria throws a left uppercut, but Hoque holds on to his opponent.  Hoque leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Hoque lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Zakaria almost instantly recovers. 
Zakaria quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Hoque steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Hoque is looking to close the distance.  Zakaria throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Hoque lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands two left hook's to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Hoque clinches his opponent.  Hoque throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Some sustained pressure from Hoque could be enough to finish Zakaria!  Hoque lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body, KNOCKING ZAKARIA DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Zakaria has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Zakaria tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hoque lands a cross to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a jab to the head.  
Hoque drives a telling right hook into Zakaria's body.  ZAKARIA IS HURT!  
Hoque forces Zakaria to back into the ropes.  Hoque senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Hoque lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He then lands a right hook to the head followed by two left uppercut's to the body, AND ZAKARIA IS DOWN!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Hoque!
