Paul MacRae vs Phil Whitten

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 11/04/2041 from Manchester, UK:

The Manchester venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Paul MacRae (4 - 3) who hails from Manchester, UK and Phil Whitten(3 - 13) from Nassau, Bahamas.  

Round 1: 

Whitten advances into close range.  MacRae lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Whitten manages to force MacRae onto the ropes.  MacRae is on target with a solid jab.

Whitten lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
MacRae tries to step out of his opponents range.  MacRae sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.

Whitten throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives MacRae time to recover.  
Whitten walks MacRae down, trapping him in the corner.  Whitten is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.

Whitten drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.
