Clint Mudehwe vs Dave Nkomo

Boxing Daily Report from the Zimbabwe National Finals 2041,  taking place on 29/04/2041 from Harare, Zimbabwe:

The Harare venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Super Heavyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Clint Mudehwe (7 - 15) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Dave Nkomo(30(5) - 8) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  

Round 1: 

Nkomo closes the distance and hits home with a firm left hook.  
Mudehwe is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Mudehwe sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with an overhand right.  
Nkomo steps inside and is on target with a solid left hook to Mudehwe's liver.

Mudehwe goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Nkomo's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Nkomo throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Nkomo holds on to his opponent.  Nkomo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Mudehwe is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Mudehwe lands a right hook.  
Nkomo advances into close range and forces Mudehwe to retreat onto the ropes.  Nkomo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  
Nkomo is on target with a jab.  
Mudehwe steps away from his opponent and lands with a ramrod jab.  
Mudehwe sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Nkomo is on target with a cross.  
Mudehwe tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Nkomo gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Nkomo lands a big cross.  MUDEHWE IS DOWN!  HE TRIES TO RISE BUT HIS LEGS DONT RESPOND...THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Nkomo!
