Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 04/05/2041 from Houston, USA:

The Houston venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Steven Gubay (2 - 4) who hails from Houston, USA and Leonardo Salvi(0 - 9(1)) from Paterson, USA.

Gubay pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a cross.

Gubay tries to step out of his opponents range and strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Salvi lands a jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gubay's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.

Gubay steps away from his opponent and goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Salvi time to recover.  
Salvi lands an overhand left.  
Gubay attempts to land a jab, but Salvi dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Salvi is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Gubay lands an overhand right.  
Gubay is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Salvi is on target with an overhand left.
