Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 21/05/2041 from Mexico City, Mexico:

The Mexico City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Fresco Cadenas (62(3) - 5) who hails from Mexico City, Mexico and Cisco Navas(2 - 12(1)) from Monterrey, Mexico.  

Round 1: 

Cadenas gets on the inside and is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Navas lands a cross.  
Navas digs in a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Navas throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Cadenas advances into close range and is on target with a right uppercut.

As they grapple, Navas pushes his forearm into Cadenas's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Cadenas closes the distance.  Cadenas quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Navas is on target with a left uppercut to Cadenas's liver.  
Navas throws a left hook, but Cadenas clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Navas pushes his forearm into Cadenas's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Navas about fouling.  
Cadenas hits home with a cross.  Cadenas throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Navas steps inside and is on target with a right uppercut.
