Yuichi Hirai vs Se-jong Om

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 21/07/2041 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Yuichi Hirai (88(1) - 3) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Se-jong Om(4 - 10) from Daegu, South Korea.  

Round 1: 

Hirai sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Om tries to land a right hook, but Hirai slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Hirai connects with a cross.  
Hirai lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Hirai switches the action to the outside.  Hirai lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Om strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Hirai tries to keep the action at long range.  Om attempts to land a jab, but Hirai dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hirai is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Hirai waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Om tries to land a jab, but Hirai parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Om throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.

Hirai leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Om throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.
