Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 11/08/2041 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ben Mellish (40 - 6) who hails from Riverside, USA and Ricky Primrose(0 - 4) from Long Beach, USA.

Primrose gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but Mellish clinches his opponent.  Mellish is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Mellish lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Primrose is looking to close the distance.  Mellish throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Mellish holds on to his opponent.  Mellish is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Mellish pushes his forearm into Primrose's face.  The ref breaks Mellish's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Primrose attempts to land a cross, but Mellish slips the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.

Primrose sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Mellish is on target with a jab to Primrose's body.
