Marik Zasada vs Bob Halladay

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 27/08/2041 from Georgetown, Guyana:

The Georgetown venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Marik Zasada (122(8) - 17) who hails from Poznan, Poland and Bob Halladay(0 - 18(1)) from Georgetown, Guyana.  

Round 1: 

Zasada is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left hook.  Zasada holds on to his opponent.  Halladay pushes his forearm into Zasada's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Halladay.  
Halladay throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Zasada ties up his opponent.  Zasada leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Zasada is on target with a left hook.  Zasada holds on to his opponent.  Halladay is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Zasada throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Zasada walks his opponent into a corner.  Halladay lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Zasada quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Halladay connects with a stinging right hook.  Halladay tries to land a left hook, but Zasada dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Zasada advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Zasada sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Zasada lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Halladay throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Zasada is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Zasada gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Zasada lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Zasada attempts to land a right hook, but Halladay sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Halladay throws a left hook, but Zasada holds on to his opponent.  Zasada pushes his forearm into Halladay's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Zasada manages to force Halladay into a corner.  Zasada lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Zasada lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Zasada closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Zasada is on target with a left hook to Halladay's body.  
Halladay throws a right hook, but Zasada ties up his opponent.  Zasada is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Zasada to stop fouling.  
Halladay pivots to the right of his opponent, but Zasada hits home with a sharp cross.  
Zasada closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.  
Zasada cuts off the ring, trapping Halladay on the ropes.  Zasada lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.

Zasada gets on the inside.  Zasada pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Zasada lands a solid left hook.  
Zasada lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Zasada holds on to his opponent.  Halladay uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Zasada's kidney. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Halladay about fouling.  
Zasada hits home with a left hook.  
Zasada steps inside.  Zasada quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents ribs.
