Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 02/09/2041 from Nassau, Bahamas:

The Nassau venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gareth Tear (35 - 8) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Ollie Rheon(5 - 8) from Nottingham, UK.  

Round 1: 

Rheon tries to step out of his opponents range and throws an overhand right, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.

Tear steps inside and digs in a firm right hook to his opponents body.  
Tear lands a jab followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Rheon throws a left hook, but Tear clinches his opponent.  Tear uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Rheon behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Tear lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Tear advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Tear throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Tear clinches his opponent.  Tear leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Tear is on target with a solid cross.  
Tear lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Tear pivots to the left of his opponent, but Rheon lands a left hook.
