Truszkowski holds on to his opponent.  Paredes is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Truszkowski's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Truszkowski lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS PAREDES!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Truszkowski!
