Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 23/09/2041 from New Delhi, India:

The New Delhi venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Irfan Hallal (32 - 9(1)) who hails from New Delhi, India and Karan Banik(7 - 20(1)) from Lucknow, India.  

Round 1:

Banik steps inside and lands a right hook.  
Banik manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Hallal digs in a firm left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Banik sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Hallal lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Banik advances into close range and forces Hallal to back into the red corner.  Hallal lands a right uppercut.  
Banik lands a cross.  
Hallal tries to step out of his opponents range.  Hallal feints a right hook, and then lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Banik closes the distance and digs in a left hook to Hallal's body.  
Banik steps inside and throws a left hook, but Hallal holds on to his opponent.  Banik is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Banik and breaks the clinch.
