Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 15/10/2041 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Peter Jerden (64(2) - 10) who hails from Santa Ana, USA and Luke Rheon(0 - 1) from Worcester, USA.  

Round 1: 

Rheon pivots to the left of his opponent.  Rheon attempts to land a left hook, but Jerden blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Jerden is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Jerden drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Rheon tries to land an overhand left, but Jerden slips the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.

Rheon closes the distance.  Jerden leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Rheon accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Jerden.

Jerden pushes his forearm into Rheon's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Jerden about fouling.
