Landry Boffrand vs Goga Medved

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 15/10/2041 from Paris, France:

The Paris venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Landry Boffrand (9 - 3) who hails from Paris, France and Goga Medved(5 - 2) from Taganrog, Russia.  

Round 1: 

Boffrand switches the action to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Medved closes the distance.  Medved pivots from in front of his opponent.  Medved attempts to land a left hook, but Boffrand sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Medved steps to the outside.  Medved sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Boffrand lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.

Boffrand snaps his opponents head back with a stiff jab.

Medved pivots to the right of his opponent.  Medved attempts to land a right uppercut, but Boffrand blocks the shot and counters with a stinging cross.

Boffrand tries to keep the action at long range and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Medved walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Medved sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Boffrand snaps his opponents head back with a ramrod jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Boffrand's trainer is telling his fighter he is winning comfortably and should get on his bike for the remainder of the fight.

Boffrand drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Medved tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook to Medved's body.
