Montana Castilla vs Nemesio Neri

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 15/10/2041 from Havana, Cuba:

The Havana venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Montana Castilla (39 - 5) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Nemesio Neri(2 - 0) from Cuenco, Ecuador.  

Round 1: 

Neri sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Castilla lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Neri quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Neri attempts to land a jab, but Castilla blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Neri advances into close range.  Castilla drives a left hook into Neri's body.  
Castilla tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a stiff jab.  
Neri sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Castilla lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Neri steps inside and digs in a left hook to Castilla's liver.  
Neri is on target with a jab.  
Castilla is looking to close the distance and connects with a left hook.  
Castilla lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Castilla hits the target with a sharp jab.

Castilla gets on the inside and manages to force Neri into the red corner.  Neri attempts to land a left hook, but Castilla dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Neri is looking to keep his distance and throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Castilla walks his opponent into a corner.  Castilla feints a right, and then lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Castilla lands a cross.  
Neri lands with a stiff jab.  
Neri connects with a left hook.  
Neri is on target with a stinging jab.  
Castilla lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Castilla hits the target with a sharp jab.  
Castilla snaps his opponents head back with a stiff jab.
