Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/11/2041 from Honolulu, USA:

The Honolulu venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mark Steele (34 - 12) who hails from Honolulu, USA and Clint Cruz(1 - 0) from Albuquerque, USA.  

Round 1: 

Steele gets on the inside.  Cruz is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Cruz feints a cross, and then lands a stinging jab.

Steele manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Cruz tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Cruz switches the action to the outside.  Cruz sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Cruz lands an overhand right.  Cruz tries to land a jab, but Steele dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Steele connects with a sharp right hook.

Steele closes the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Steele clinches his opponent.  Steele leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Steele's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
