Kris Skilling vs Elkhan Elbaz

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 01/12/2041 from Baku, Azerbaijan:

The Baku venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Kris Skilling (14 - 8) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Elkhan Elbaz(10 - 17) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  

Round 1: 

Skilling throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Elbaz steps away from his opponent.  Skilling tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging cross.  
Skilling steps inside.  Elbaz lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Skilling lands a firm cross.  
Skilling switches the action to the outside and hits home with a stinging jab.  
Skilling steps to the outside and hits home with a solid jab.  
Elbaz advances into close range.  Elbaz pivots to the left of his opponent, but Skilling lands a firm left hook.

Elbaz pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a sharp left hook.  
Elbaz pivots to the side of his opponent and lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Elbaz gets on the inside.  Skilling throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Elbaz time to recover.

Skilling closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Skilling lands a left hook.
