Chris Backlund vs Michael Chisolm

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 05/12/2041 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Chris Backlund (40(2) - 9) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Michael Chisolm(1 - 3) from Indianapolis, USA.  

Round 1: 

Backlund gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Backlund holds on to his opponent.  Backlund is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

As they grapple, Backlund pushes his forearm into Chisolm's face.  The ref breaks Backlund's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
