Takeo Higashi vs Satoru Mura

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/01/2042 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Takeo Higashi (55(9) - 8) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Satoru Mura(1 - 0) from Tokyo, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Higashi lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.

Higashi gets on the inside.  Mura throws a left hook, but Higashi clinches his opponent.  Higashi uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Mura behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Higashi to stop fouling.

Higashi finds the target with a jab.  
Mura pivots to the side of his opponent, but Higashi lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Mura tries to keep the action at long range.  Mura sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Higashi lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Higashi lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Mura quickly recovers. 
Mura throws a right hook, but Higashi clinches his opponent.  Mura leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Higashi lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Higashi closes the distance.  Mura throws a right hook, but Higashi holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks Higashi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Higashi gets on the inside and slams a mean right hook into Mura's body.  MURA HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 9.  
Higashi is on target with a weighty right hook to his opponents body.  MURA WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Mura almost instantly recovers. 
Higashi advances into close range.  Higashi sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a stinging left hook.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Mura's trainer is telling his fighter he needs a knockout to win!

Higashi lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Higashi holds on to his opponent.  Higashi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Higashi uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Mura's kidney. 
Higashi is on target with a big left uppercut.  MURA IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Higashi!
